1:1 Nutrition Coaching

1 Month | The Inspire Program

The one month nutrition plan is perfect for someone who is looking to improve their overall health and needs some motivation to get going. The shorter plan can also be a good option for people who are unsure of the time and financial commitment of longer coaching programs.

3 Month | The Vitalize Program

The 3 month plan is perfect for you if you have a more specific goal you would like to reach. Having more time together allows us to implement sustainable behaviour changes and keep the momentum going throughout the whole process.

6 Month | The Optimize Program

if you’re wanting to make a significant lifestyle change and overhaul your health, the 6 Month plan is the best option for you. Good things take time and I want you to feel supported and empowered in your health journey.

1:1 Programming & Coaching

Following a program in the gym is one of the most beneficial ways you can improve your strength, endurance and skill. In order to progressively overload (get better, faster, stronger over time), you should be following a program.

The 1:1 Program takes into account your specific needs, goals, limitations, physiology and access to equipment.

This program includes:

  • an initial assessment to determine your current fitness level and what your goals and limitations are

  • access to a user-friendly app where you will record yourself performing exercises as well as input your training details for each exercise (weight used, reps, sets, level of difficulty, etc)

  • performance feedback

  • weekly check-ins

  • 24/5 online support via chat messaging

Hybrid Coaching

Combine a nutrition program with fitness coaching for the best of both worlds! When it comes to hormones; strength; hypertrophy; weight management; and stress, exercise and nutrition are equally important. It is extremely beneficial to work on them both at the same time!

In the past, I have worked with nutrition clients that were exercising in a way that made their symptoms worse. I have also worked with training clients who were not eating adequate calories to see the results they were looking for.

There is some flexibility in the hybrid program, as you may not always need the same level of support in nutrition and fitness. These plans are created to best suit your budget and needs.
