I am so excited to announce that Mackenzie Read, RMT, will be joining the team! I’m so grateful for her for covering maternity leave.

Mackenzie grew up in Central Alberta. After graduating from Lethbridge College in 2022 as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), she moved back to Central Alberta and transitioned into the health and wellness world.

Mackenzie thoroughly enjoys getting to know her patient’s life demands, stressors and wins because she believes those details play a huge role in physical health and success. She strives to help to improve each client’s health and wellness by taking a therapeutic approach customized to ensure their goals are achieved.

Mackenzie has also completed her Personal Fitness Training (PFT) diploma and certificate. She uses the knowledge and experience from both professions to increase results and goals for her clients.

Mackenzie is a strong believer in “not one thing fixes all” approach and feels that every professional and modality meld together to address the whole picture! She is continually trying to expand knowledge in different avenues of the body to help her clients.

Mackenzie offers cupping and is currently working on a jaw, neck and face course.
