Hi, I’m Paige!
In 2016 I graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy.
After practicing massage for 2 years (I still do practice a few days a week!) I decided that I wanted to be able to offer more to my clients. I wanted to be more of a lifestyle coach to really motivate people to improve their health. I love that I am able to incorporate what I’ve learned from a rehabilitation perspective into my current client exercise programming.
My passion for food (the taste and the biochemistry) lead me to enrol at The Canadian School in Natural Nutrition (CSNN). The knowledge I gained during my time at CSNN is absolutely incredible and I’m so happy to be able to share with people like you.
As I began working as a Nutritional Practitioner, I slowly discovered who my ideal client was. And well, it was me. Me from 4-5 years ago when I hated my body, always sought other people’s approval, had poor digestive and hormonal health but didn’t care because I was convinced these issues were “normal.”
At this time, I realized that the missing link in my practice was a Personal Training Certification. I became certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Now I provide women dealing with similar issues that I had with the proper nutrition, exercise and mindset programming to help them succeed in their health and wellness journey.
On a more personal note,
I love strength training. There is nothing more empowering to me than getting measurably stronger.
Cardiovascular exercise is not my favourite, but I do appreciate the challenge!
I have a gorgeous black cat named Penny who is the most vocal and playful gal around.
My partner, Troy and I bought a van and drove it from where we were living in Barrie, to the West Coast and back to where we settled in Red Deer, Alberta.
I love tattoos, live music and exploring new places.
I am a hardcore introvert but I love connecting with people in a meaningful 1:1 interaction.
I am building a life that I am so proud of.

What am I up to?
I am currently creating my hybrid course, The Hawk’s Nest Holistic Method.
I am taking a Pre and Postnatal Course to be able to better serve my mamas and mamas-to-be.
I’m reading “ROAR” by Stacy T Sims and Selene Yeager, a book about the differences in training and nutrition between men and women
I am practicing Massage Therapy in Sylvan Lake, Alberta
I am always planning my next adventure to the mountains!
